The Utah Parent Center and the Center for Persons with Disabilities at Utah State University invite you to join us in the Transition and Employment Services Focus Group as part of an evaluation of Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR) on February 15, 2018 beginning at 6:00 PM.
We are looking to hear from parents of youth and young adults with disabilities who either have or who have not used USOR services.
Come share your thoughts on how to better help youth and young adults with disabilities have a successful transition and find meaningful employment. A light meal will be served.
USOR offers employment supports and transition services for youth with disabilities. This focus group is part of an evaluation of USOR, and is your opportunity to impact change and improve the employment and transition services available in Utah.
The Autism Council of Utah is an independent council working to foster collaboration, communication, and learning among families and agencies. Our aim is to enable each person of any age who has autism or a related disorder, and their families, to have access to resources and responsible information. The Council will accomplish this by promoting statewide partnerships to collaborate on special projects, research and training.
