The Autism Council is involved in educating the legislators about the affects of autism on our families in Utah. This is a year-round process, although we are more heavily involved during the legislative session. It is important to have personal stories about how autism programs have impacted families (either for the positive or negative).
If you would like to become involved, and are willing to share your story for us to use, visit the “Life with Autism” page.
Find Your Legislator – You can contact your legislator as a constituent and share your story. You can encourage your legislators, in a kind and cooperative manner, to support responsible autism programs.
